9 The tenant agrees that the tenant will pay the following rates in exchange for paying the fees on that horse. 1. Fees. Taking into account $1 per horse per month paid in advance by the tenant on the first day of each month, the lessor agrees to rent the horse (s) per month and with the 20___zu day – The termination will take place at least two weeks before the cancellation. Leasing Start Date: .. C. Rental rights. The tenant acknowledges that this rental agreement entitles them to obtain the following beneficiaries: 1. Up to – exercise trips per week (to be planned in advance). I understand that these exercises don`t accumulate, and I`m going to fall into disrepair if I don`t show up to drive. However, these exercises may be postponed from time to time during the week, at the discretion of stable leasors or painted bar, by prior telephone, if the schedule allows. All training trips will be in the courtyard, on the outdoor riding ring, in the inner riding ring, in the round Pen or on the waist road.
The duration of the exercises does not exceed two (2) hours. 6 I will wear suitable shoes, either paddock boots, high boots or normal low heel shoes. G. Sole Riding Privilege. I understand that I have the only equestrian privilege and that I will not allow anyone (family, family or friend) to rent on horseback. All customers of the stable must sign the abandonment of the stable. The lease is terminated and the rental fee is waived if I allow someone else on horseback during the rental period. H. Exclusive owner of the horse. The owner is the sole owner of the rented horse and has full authority regarding the maintenance and use of this horse by the tenant.
The owner guarantees that the Painted Bar Stables and its owners on site have a good clear title for the horse, free of any pledge. 4 2. Use of tack and equipment, saddle, saddle cushions, bridle, protective horse boots, blankets, horse brushes, supports and lead rope. This equipment is provided by the owner and is in excellent condition and repair. I agree to the saddle and the witness by myself used every time I end up riding, and back to the equipment in its place and in general, tidy up after each ride (, leave the stable as I found it). This also involves the removal of horse manure that the rented horse can leave in the main corridors or elsewhere in the facilities. Full board (daily meal, stable cleaning, turn-out), routine veterinary care, deworming and foot care are provided by the owner in Painted Bar Stables.
